I’m Nina, a Holistic Therapist & Reiki Master based in my beautiful cabin in Whitwick, Leicestershire. .

Since qualifying in 2001 in Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, and Swedish Body Massage, my work has continued to evolve in a deeply intuitive and soulful way. Over the years, I’ve gone on to train in Reiki, Crystal Healing, Lomi Lomi Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Oncology Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Menopause Massage.

Today, I create Bespoke Soulful Rituals for busy, overwhelmed women who need space to pause, soften, and reconnect with themselves.

Every session is intuitively tailored to you, blending restorative bodywork, reflexology, reiki, aromatherapy, facial massage, nervous system support, and energy healing to meet you exactly where you are that day.

My intention is always the same, to create a calming, nurturing space where your body can exhale, your mind can quieten, and you can feel truly held.

From the moment you step into the cabin, every detail is designed to support your wellbeing. From grounding scents and soft lighting to my spiritual welcome ritual and intuitive approach, this is your time to slow down, let go, and receive exactly what you need.

I believe self-care is so much more than an occasional treat. It’s a vital part of supporting ourselves emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually, especially in the midst of busy modern life.

Having experienced my own deeply challenging seasons in life, I know firsthand the comfort and healing holistic therapies can bring. The rituals I offer are shaped not only by years of training and experience, but by genuine understanding, compassion, and a deep respect for the season you’re in.
