Lay back and allow the combination of hot stone back massage, scalp massage, crystal face massage, and crystal reiki to guide you into a state of deep serenity.

A Moment of Calm - 75 minutes - £60
Lay back on my heated couch and let all your worries melt away. This treatment is enhanced with a hot bespoke essential oil blend. It begins with a relaxing back massage, then blends into my soulful twist on an Indian head massage. Working out any tension in your neck and shoulders, then turn over and receive a hand and arm massage, face massage and scalp massage. We end with Reiki over the head throat and heart.

Time to Pause - 75 minutes - £60
First will be a dreamy back, neck and shoulder massage, with a hot bespoke essential oil blend, to help you rid any tension, then turn over and enjoy a hot scented towel foot cleanse before the treatment moves onto a healing reflexology session where pressure will be applied to specific points on your feet, stimulating healing and balance

My Soulful take on the classic Indian Head Massage. Designed for those short on time but in need of some deep relaxation.
Indulge in a blissful session encompassing shoulders, neck face & scalp massage, enhanced by a personalised oil blend to address your specific needs. The ritual concludes with a crystal reiki chakra balance. The Blissful Balance is the perfect blend of relaxation & rejuvenation tailored to the demands of a busy stressed lifestyle.

Your ritual begins with a soothing back, neck, and shoulder massage to melt away tension. Then, choose two of the following:

Experience an indulgent combination of a hot oil holistic full body massage and a spa inspired Align Facial.
This ritual has been designed to allow your mind, soul & body to switch off and drift into a deep state of relaxation.

Take a well-deserved break with my specially created self-care ritual, designed to help you relax, recharge, and reset. This 75-minute session is crafted to provide deep relaxation and rejuvenation, addressing the stress, fatigue and emotions that comes with being a busy mum. Firstly a deeply relaxing massage for your back, shoulders, neck, face, and scalp to release tension and stress, using an uplifting blend of Geranium, Chamomile & Ylang Ylang oils, crafted for ultimate relaxation.
